Wonderful. What a warm & welcoming host family! The rooms are very spacious and quiet. A perfect stay to relax for a few days. Really good breakfast.

To be honest, I did not fall in love with the room at first sight, however, after spending a day in the area I appreciated this hotel so much! Mostly because it is like an oasis in otherwise very busy and not always lovely Semporna. It has spacious outdoor area where it is lovely to hang out and even a pool! It was the perfect place to wind down after days of water activities. The staff was extremely nice too, allowed us to use the washing machine, store our food, etc. The breakfast was also truly amazing. All in all - I think it is a gem in Semporna.

Extremely friendly owner & staff. Went out of their way to make our trip really memoriable. Even booked us on excellent quality trips to various islands.

About 4.5kms from town , which is a bit of a problem.

Amazing staff, we felt like being at home or part of the family. The room was very comfortable, good wifi and we loved the green area and the swimming pool. Our room was really spacious too. There are a few shops around with some cafes. We enjoyed being away from Semporna town as it was a lot more quiet. We definitely want to come back.
