Location was ok, check in staff was great. Breakfast was better than expected, which made up for the failures

Bed was too hard for us, and height was too high for ADA use. Roll in shower was a little difficult to use, and only had a handheld shower head. Upstairs guest was extremely noisy, walls are a little thin.

"Price was good for what I THOUGHT we were going to get."

Location was great.

I booked a room with a king bed and a pull out couch as we had three people in our party. I got a king bed only. They do not have roll away beds. The front desk person said I must have made a mistake in booking. I pulled up my reservation that stated I booked a king with a pull out. He said they don’t have any way to accommodate. He did not make it right in any way. 3rd person slept on the chaise lounge that was about 4 feet long.
