Property does not have handicap accessibility. Doors are narrow, no bars and toilet is very low. Breakfast consist of coffee and a store bought coffee cake.

There wasn’t any breakfast ! Room was clean and bed comfortable.

You need to fix bathtubs to have non skid surface. Very slippery for seniors. Also grab bar on outside also for seniors. No ice bucket and when I asked about one was told ran out and handed me a bowl. Where was my senior discount? I was told I was to receive one but receptionist didn’t know how to fix issue and after driving for 8 hours we were tired and just wanted to get to room she told me she’d check into it and when we checked out there would be a credit but wasn’t. Please look into this please.
