"Need a complete refund even we booked from a third party company ?"

Refrigerator was not available, saw a dead insect inside the bathroom, incompetent staff, dirty rooms, didn’t present our assigned rooms (twice) in a timely manner, kinda rude manager/staff? when asked for some compensation or refund, stinky hallway, too short for breakfast time.

Etwas ab von der Restaurantmeile der Stadt und an der Hauptstraße gelegen.
