Property Notes

Please note the property only accepts dogs. Guests traveling with pets are subject to an additional fee of USD 20 per stay and a maximum of two dogs per room. Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. Pet fee is $35 per pet, per night. We are going through a renovation so exterior has on-going construction on weekdays 8A-4P, spa & sauna are not available at the moment. There will be a $50 incidental charge upon check-in which they will receive at the end of their stay typically within 1-2 days. An early check-in is available for a $50 charge if we have availability. Service Animals and Non-Service Animals will be charged $350 to any damages done to the room. Service Animals are exempt from fees but must show documents upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location, parking, and check-in are positives.

Lots of deferred maintenance items; walls patches not finished/painted, dirty walls, shower components were broken, dated fixtures, curtains old and broken.

"Excellent customer services"

Excellent customer service received when checking in to the hotel. Stayed there for hospital surgery. Hotel staff is very helpful and supportive. Hotel only has two luggage carts so that slows things down a bit but there's no rush for anything while staying there so no big deal. Staff was very helpful to my wife the morning when time to check out with getting her a luggage cart, coming up to the room and loading everything onto the cart for her. Then taking the luggage down to our car and loaded our car for my wife. I was amazed with the quality of customer service care that we received. Highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. We had a very nice stay.

My experience here is always fantastic. The staff here is what makes this place so great. My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and the employees here are definitely what keeps me coming back. Not a modern hotel but fantastic place overall. Highly recommend.

Everything. Breakfast was terrible, toaster broken, eggs rubberized and cold. Room was very shabby.
