Size of room , fridge microwave.

It's listed as a pet friendly hotel and I called to verify my cat could stay. I was told yes with $20pet fee. We arrived and checking said they don't allow cats only dogs. I told them I called and told cat OK and they then said Mgr would let us stay this one time but never again. I noticed dining tables near checkin asked about breakfast and told it wasn't working currently. The room was spacious with 2 uncomfortable beds, a couple ratty looking chairs like a dog tried to eat them.and funky smells. Mold on the tub, ice machine broken had to go up 2 floors to use theirs. Room had random cracking and popping noises all night startling us awake.
