"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable-Pet Friendly great value"

The hotel being older has been renovated nicely. But what stands out is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping were super friendly and accommidating. We traveled with our 2 huskies and felt very welcome. Our pups loved the pet area too.

No elevators available. It was a long way up with luggage. A number of turns down several hallways to get to my room. Door closing mechanisms were worn to the point that the doors slammed shut very, very noisy. No heat in the bathroom

"Key didn’t work over three night stay. Had to go to desk twice to get key to work. Wasn’t happy about it."

Easy access. Nice view of river. Clean room.

Only one small garbage can in room. Not even one in bathroom. Room is not cleaned over three night stay.
