It was good and delicious food👍

The heater in the bathroom was hot for us, maybe make it little cooler. Ac and fan were working good. We like the fridge.

Clean, and good location

Maintenance was very poor. Light bulb out, and when we asked were told no maintenance on weekend. Curtains were falling down, ceiling patch in bathroom was poor. Phone buttons did not work. Message light was on for 2 days and could not get a message. Staff stated they did not know how it works.

The reason we are giving this location a low rating is as follows dirty face cloth hanging in the bathroom paint chipping off the bathtub not a door or window would close properly due to being out of alignment the beds were not comfortable way to noisy inside the unit due to loud quests above us the elevator was stuck on the third floor, the front door would not open for us properly

The breakfast was quite basic, but the location is pretty good — it takes less than 30 minutes to get to downtown Portland. Overall, it’s a good value for the price.

The room was very small and had poor sound insulation — I could clearly hear two elderly ladies next door chatting until 12:30 a.m. The next morning at 6:30, the heavy footsteps from the room above served as my wake-up call. No housekeeping service was provided, and I had to go to the front desk myself to get fresh towels.
