I never stayed in that hotel. I I've been told on the reception that the hotel was overbooked, so my family including 4yo toddler wont stay meaning all the vacation is ruined. I received a message that the booking is confirmed, and that's it. That's all everyone needs to know. If it's confirmed, then it's confirmed. I don't care if it was automated message or whatever it was. It It was confirmed. Now you get 1 and it will stay until you resolve it. Please return my money. There is no button to contact booking and there is no phone number. That should be on you. Thank you.
