Baymont by Wyndham Corydon

This is a 10 for a budget hotel. Furniture is older, but everything is impeccably clean. No weird smells. The bed was thick and very comfortable. WiFi was fast and free. It's everything you look for when on the road and just need a clean, comfortable place to rest. Staff was super nice and found a charger I had left behind. Nice breakfast with eggs and lots of choices.

The front desk person was very pleasant and kind and it's affordable. The bathroom seems to be clean and the sink area is clean.

It's very shabby. The sofa in the entryway is in not good shape. The carpets all need vacuumed in the halls in the entryway in the rooms. Vacuumed behind the doors when you shut the doors. It's really there is a white sort of dusty spot on the edge of the carpet. I probably wouldn't stay here again even if it's a good value because I like a cleaner room. It doesn't have to be the most modern or the most up-to-date, but I do like it really clean and not so run down. As

Location and clean

The front desk was not the nicest. But you get what you pay for

Bed was comfortable

Check in person was hateful. Breakfast was cold others remarked about it also. Nothing was done about it. Had to checkout day early and they wouldn't give any kind of reprieve. Had stayed there many times before but won't go back.

Staff was polite..

Bathroom needs some updating. The breakfast was limited.. not fresh..

It's always a great value for the money

I was getting dressed, getting ready to check out when I see a tall, older, gray-haired man peek his head into my room without knocking, without identifying himself as housekeeping. I saw him in the reflection of the mirror that's right next to the door. Unfortunately, this room did not have the extra flap lock to prevent someone from opening it more than a couple of inches. I think there might be a law against this sort of action. Actually, the man is lucky that my boyfriend wasn't standing right there because he would've kicked the door shut on the man's head.
