Sono arrivato alle 00:00 e per ben due volte mi è stata data la chiave di una camera già occupata. Alla fine, verso le 2:00 il receptionist è riuscito a trovare una stanza libera (avevo prenotato con booking). La sera dopo, nella medesima camera, non c'è stato verso di far andare l'aria condizionata
