"Not happy"

Breakfast

There was a group of actors staying on our floor. They were running up and down the hallway. We called the desk at 10 pm but, who was supposed to take care of it but it continued up to midnight. Everytime I fell asleep they started running again. Not happy about that at all

Basic breakfast, coffee eggs bread. Did not try any.

Maybe new sheets and room decore. Especially windows curtains.

Decent price. Conveniently located. Helpful staff.

Old and worn down. Tape on stairs and flooring tile at top of stairs. Bathroom is worn out, tub chipped, vent fan dirty with bugs and dust, bathroom door deteriorated and frayed at bottom. Whole facility smelled of cleaning chemicals and A/C was turned way down to cover up the damp musty smell.

The availability of rooms this close to Christmas was commendable. We stayed through my Mother's funeral and you made our stay less stressful

It was challenging getting the room to a temperature where all occupants were comfortable. It seems as if the heater was on a timer instead of temperature control. Once we figured out how to adjust we were fine.
