Das Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto ist alles wichtige gut und schnell zu erreichen. Es ist leise. Die Zimmer sind schick. Der Parkplatz ist riesig und kostenlos. Das Personal war freundlich. Alles war sauber.

Das Frühstück war etwas mau. Der Kühlschrank war ziemlich laut im Zimmer und die Lüftung im Bad extrem laut. Nicht angenehm.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn in New Hartford, New York. The staff were so nice and helpful with everything I asked for. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable for our week stay. I was offered a room that was close to the parking lot for easy access to the stairs. It was great! I will definitely stay there again in my future trips to Upstate NY.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property. It was close to everything and everywhere I needed to go to visit family. It was extremely convenient. I’ll be back!

"Good price. That's about it...."

The entire hotel had the feeling of beeing run down. And all the common areas smelled like baby diapers and food.
