very unclean, stains on carpets and furniture. funky bacterial smell in room.

The concierge was very helpful in ironing out a minor glitch caused by booking through hotels dot com. I fell in love with the lobby decor. The room was well appointed and the beds very comfortable.

I book the hotel for 2 days but I only stayed only there for one day The house looked like it was from the 90s. The TV was very old...no access to YouTube or good movies.

The Staff was ok... Very helpful at checkin. Found roaches on the bed will sleeping. The front desk was helpful in changing rooms. The new room smelled like cat urine and there was traces of cat litter in the far corner of the room. At checkout they gave me a $20 "discount" overall would never stay there again

Very disgusting condition would not ever rent here again. Mold in bathroom, dirty rugs, disgusting yellowed towels.

I booked 2 queen beds in a handicap room and they only had a king bed my handicap aunt that I took with me needed a bed sheet because her dependent leaked a little and they never gave me a sheet. No service for the 3 days we were there. They said they clean the room every 3 days so we had to go buy shampoo soap Kleenex and toilet paper for the last day there. They couldn’t even take our trash. We bought trash bags and the guy from laundry room told me to take it outside the building into the trash.

For the money, it was a good hotel. Not much for a continental breakfast.
