Baymont by Wyndham Loveland - Fort Collins Area

It needs to be advertised as a long term live facility not a hotel! The room was dirty. No towels! And I think there were bed bugs because my arms and legs are all bit up.

Staff was nice, but sheets had brown stain on them, pillows smelled funny, shower drain was clogged, and AC wasn't working in room. Also their coffee they provided was some of the worst I ever had. I shouldn't be typing this when I'm grumpy lol

THE WORSE!!! I stay in a lot of Hotels since I travel for work, and this Ranks #1 as the worse! I had to kick the door to open it, the bathtub was clogged up, the water went from hot to cold intermittently, the AC wasn’t cold, they only give you 1 towel, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel. The hallway smelled like pot, I asked for change to do laundry, the front desk girl was on til tok said they don’t give change and she failed to tell me there was a change machine in the laundry area which didn’t have change in it anyways. I did tell the front desk about my AC and shower, no one came, then to top it off, the chairs in the room had stains on them and my room smelled like piss. I asked for a later check out since I was working nights, the girl told me the latest was noon which I said fine, they came banging on my door right at 11! I asked for 30 minutes they told me only 15!!! I normally read the reviews, but I had no choice to stay there since all the other hotels were booked up, I would have had a better experience sleeping in my car at a truck stop.

The 1st room was dirty had to be moved the 2nd room had no trash can missing a pillow case and 1 towel. Bed spreads had stains on them.

This property was extremely unclean. On line and on their sign they offered a breakfast but the sign inside said breakfast waa unavailable and has been for 9 months. Our bathroom only had 1 dirty towel available. Upon asking for more, they said they only had 2 clean towels left. One of those towels was very stained and gross looking with holes in it. Our door handle to get into the room didnt work. The clerk said it will eventually work we just has to keep at it... The carpet was disgusting and dirty. Bed sheets were stained. The bathroom fan didnt work and didnt have a cover so all you could see were broken parts and dust. Kleenex box was empty. Only has a half roll of toilet paper available. Extremely noisy neighbors. There were a few interesting characters walking around the cars in the parking lot at night. The only positive was we had a high pressure shower, but only one towel between us.

My room was not cleaned, sheets were not new/washed. And my 2nd floor window was open, would not lock shut. I've requested a refund

Loved the breakfast. Especially the biscuits and gravy. Very clean . About 30 min From Estes Park.

The bed was a little hard for my comfort.
