Baymont by Wyndham Loveland - Fort Collins Area

Very friendly staff. Room needs updating, curtains have holes and are falling down, smoke alarm had been removed, carpet stained, walls need painting or cleaning, bedspread either dirty or horribly stained. Refrigerator had someone's leftovers in it. There was no grassy area outside for dogs, it was all gravel. Light bulb in bathroom burned out. Terrible smell in room.

We had one washcloth, and it was terribly stained. We asked for more and they said they didn’t have any.

Awesome staff they did a great n friendly job never felt judged or embarrassed to ask for help n the housekeepers are an amazing staff of ladies my room was clean n ready for me to come back to.

I had to shower, drying off with a bath mat! I had to ask for towels.

Breakfast was supposed to be included and all they had was coffee

We picked this hotel for the convenience and price for one night. It is a sad place that has had poor maintenance and needs to be remodeled completely. There is no breakfast, no coffeemaker, although there was an old worn out microwave and a mini fridge. The back of the door was sprayed with something that had not been cleaned off. In the morning you could see through all the little holes in the curtains where the light came through. Thank goodness we only needed one night then were able to get back home! If you do stay there, try to get a room on the first floor to see if those have been updated or not.

Holes in the wall, dirty bathtub, fresh cigarette burn make in the bedspread in a non smoking room, the smell of urine so strong it gagged us all night, and those were the major items.
