Met the owner Dave nice guy very informative the grounds and room were very well maintained will definitely recommend

NBI has as its main strength the location and view. The rooms are a bit dated but the location is outstanding. Loved the fire pits and were it a bit warmer weather, I would have sat out there longer.

The room had an incredible view of the beach. Does not get much better than sitting in a glider, coffee in hand, looking out at the beach. Priceless.

location,location,location! Rooms were clean. Rockers in room were great for watching the ocean when you wanted out of the weather.

Very inconvenient to roll our suitcases over wet grass to enter our room. We had only 2 coffee pods in our room which had 4 people. There were no bottles of water in room. The bathroom was old and felt dirty. Inconvenient for an older lady to access room using her walking sticks over the wet slippery grass

the proximity to nauset beach is amazing, and the biggest selling point for this property. otherwise, it’s at best a 2 star hotel. despite being sold out, no breakfast after labor day, the air conditioner leaked a brown water down the wall over one of the beds and was wet to the touch, one of the windows was missing a screen, the fireplace wall switch did not work, nor did the coffee maker. the bathroom is old and needs refurbishing, the toilet didn’t flush correctly, no staff apparently due to covid, but my credit card got charged just fine. there were several holes punched in the closet door and wall, and a huge gash in the paint which is the first thing you see walking into the room. For the price these things should be addressed.

We arrived at night and had been given our room number via email. We went to the room and it was occupied. It took a few phone calls to the Inn number to get someone to help and she finally said it was another room number. She implied that I had read it wrong, but I rechecked the email and I had it right! We were standing outside waiting and it was embarrassing and upsetting. Normally we stay there and live it and have no problems

The ocean views are exceptional from every room. Inn is on bluff overlooking the National Seashore. Pet friendly, small fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker (ours did not work), gas grills available on lawn and gas fireplace supplement heat for winter visits Parking for one car only. Dogs are allowed for an fee. Rooms are neat and clean but not modern. All eyes are on the ocean view and beautiful lawn.
