Days Inn by Wyndham Hendersonville

I didn't like that they never brought me clean towels, didn't clean my room,never brought coffee.breakfast is claimed to be offered and it's not

health safety was only allowed in 2 rooms. on hotels.com said had breakfast included, but no breakfast

The location is good.

The employees and the manager were there on the night I arrived. Didn't even get to stay. Instead of working with us, the manager didn't want our money. So we left. After her and the employees' rudeness, why would anyone stay there?

Dirty rooms

This was the worst experience at a motel we have ever had. The room was dirty. The staff was extremely rude. We will never be back.

Terrible hotel. More of a motel. Did not feel safe staying the night so book another hotel an hour away and stayed there. Was refused a refund

There was mold growing in the coffee maker, the lobby was locked and you had to use the night window at night and morning. Not very clean. Did not feel completely safe. Bed was comfortable and staff was polite.

Nothing.

This hotel is being renovated, everything is dusty and dirty. They don't have breakfast, but it says they do. They changed rooms twice and they were all terribly dirty. They don't change bed linen and towels.
