Days Inn by Wyndham Hendersonville

I arrived in town at 12:30 am used your site to register because there was no one there to register me after signing in I went back to the window again no one is there then I saw the button and I pressed it several times before finally got a response, now I’m speaking with a sound system I explained that I have a reservation and a confirmation number the lady said that she wouldn’t honor my reservation for the night because it was for the 19 I said that it is the 19 she said that I had to wait until 3pm to check in so I ended up sleeping in my truck in a parking lot. I called and spoke with your service lady and she tried to get them to cancel and refund me so I could go to another hotel but they refused. Hotels.com are tops in my book but I work with 100s of pastors and am the guy who recommends hotels I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND DAYS INN AGAIN!

No breakfast as advertised, rooms smelled

Horrible experience, no one there to check us in and sheets had cigarette burns bath tub was falling in. And now they double billed us. Stay Away!!!!!!!

First when checking in, nobody was at the desk. I was forced to check in through a ring camera. Including having to give a card for incidentals over camera. The room was dirty! Blue and red stains on pillows and bedding, ripped walls, dirty and broken coffee pot. Plus it’s LOUD! You can hear people in the rooms next to you, and in the breezeway!

We were not greeted with a person but a ring doorbell. The man had a heavy accent that i couldn’t understand. He was unsure of the room I had a reservation for. He only had a handicapped room with a king bed at the time. It was after check in time. He told me the key card was under the map on a table. Under the map were 10 or more room keys with room numbers on them. I took mine and walked in the room. It was smelly and wasn’t clean enough for me. When I went back to the office I pushed the button and told the manager that I would not be staying. He was extremely rude and was yelling. I suggest that you take this establishment off of your website.

Location was good, breakfast was advertised but didnt have it. Room was adequate. A bit on the noisy side. The lady at the desk was excellent, kind, courteous and helpful.

The tv wasn’t setup,nothing was plugged in the wall there was no cream or sugar for the coffee, no breakfast . The water turn off when I Try to use it

Worst place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. WYNDHAM SHOULD NOT INCLUDE THIS PLACE AS PART OF THEIR INVENTORY. This was listed as Wyndham hotel and closer to where our daughter live so we booked it. Used our Club Wyndham points., what a waste. Been in different countries and around US. Stayed in a lot of hotels but this room was bad. Musty smell when you enter. Wifi was very poor, phone broke, refrigerator broke, manager/owner Ms Patel has the worst customer service attitude we encountered. Shouting at people outside and when she looked at refrigerator that she can't fix. We requested to be moved. She started talking very loud in the room and accused of me of screaming at her. She should not be in hotel business at all.

If you are handicapped don't stay.... We got stuck on 3rd floor, because the buttons on the elevator didn't work. Had to get someone to walk down the steps and ride elevator up in order for us to leave.

The room we had were terrible Found Hair on the floor and sheets The floor had places where you could get splinters and the walls had large scrapes on them Couldn't hardly talk to manager except thru a ring doorbell and hard to understand her Was not a good experience rating negative 10 on a scale of 1 to 10
