Not One Positive Review in Years. Let That Sink In. If you’re looking for a relaxing hotel experience—keep scrolling. This place was an absolute nightmare. Every. Single. Weekend. From Saturday at noon to 6 p.m., and again on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., the hotel turns into a full-blown club scene from hell. A DJ blasts offensive, thumping music so loud that my entire room literally shook with every beat. Forget peace, forget quiet—you can’t even have a normal conversation without yelling. It’s nonstop boom boom boom for hours. But here’s the real kicker: the hotel opens its pool to the public for next to nothing. And I’m not talking about a dozen people—I’m talking 100+ non-guests crammed into the pool area. Loud. Drunk. Disrespectful. All skin and chaos. And somehow, they had the audacity to charge me a resort fee—while I had zero access to the pool. It was completely overrun and trashed. No control, no security, no standards. Just absolute mayhem. You can’t enjoy the amenities. You can’t relax in your room. And you definitely can’t escape the noise. Paying guests are treated like an afterthought while the entire hotel gets handed over to partygoers. Honestly, it would be laughable—if it weren’t so infuriating. My weekend was ruined. So much money wasted. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Marriott should be ashamed to be associated with this property. When I complained, not only did they take zero responsibility, but the hotel also lied—claiming I never made contact. I spoke with the GM multiple times while I was on-site. I voiced my concerns in real time. At check-in I was told there’d be a pool party on Saturday—but not that it was a paid event that would allow over a hundred non-guests into the hotel’s pool area. Had they been transparent, I never would’ve checked in. And not once did anyone mention that the same party would repeat on Sunday. No warning, no honesty, no chance to make an informed decision. I was blindsided—and yes, I believe they took full advantage of me. I could swear there was nothing on the website about these disgusting pool parties when I booked in February—but maybe I missed it. Either way… PLEASE DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE. RUN.

This was my first stay at hotel Adeline. I loved everything about it. It was clean,the pool was fun,drinks and food were excellent. Everything was so convenient. But I have to really point out how friendly and helpful the staff was. Every single one of them…especially the men and woman that worked the bars and the restaurant. They were just the best. I can’t wait for my next stay.

Exceptional customer service and the location is central; it’s very close to all the hot spots along N Scottsdale Rd. Rooms are cozy and the bar is phenomenal
