Great location, spacious and comfy bed and the staff were super lovely and helpful.

We needed the air con on overnight and there was a light from it that made the room bright, but it was nothing that an eye mask couldn’t fix!

The bathroom was not clean

The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot fault the hospitality.

The room was painted in grey and I found it difficult to feel uplifted with such surroundings. A kettle and wardrobe would have been helpful. As a single woman, the distance to the centre was far longer than what other reviewers had written. It was too far for me. But if you're on a budget and don't mind basic facilities and walking, this is a decent place. The staff are wonderful.

The people were really friendly and I thought the location is good, but turns out not when it’s raining, then you are far from everything.

The room I stayed in closest to the kitchen was terribly mouldy and damp. There are no windows, no bathroom ventilation and the walls are full of moisture so you basically sleep in the dampness. There is no door so you constantly smell sewerage. There were a leak from the bathroom as well so my bags were wet. No cupboard so you have to hang your clothes in the bathroom and after day 2 my dry clothes were so damp I had to hang them outside to dry. I also woke up with a cough after 2 nights. There is a construction site next door. You can hear the voices in the next door room every night. No too sheets so you have to sleep under a damp duvet or on top of it. Very terrible stay / room. The photos are misleading. Breakfast NOT included. This room should not be on booking.com.

Staff was very nice, free drinking water as well. Opportunity to rent scooter.

You definitely need a scooter to go to Ubud. No hot water.

We liked the location, very quit yet the center of Ubud is not far. We enjoyed the morning walk through the farms and rice field behind. Breakfast was amazing.

The bed was a bit squeaky , but we don’t mind

The hosts were very hospitable and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The serenity and quiet which I didn't mind but husband was not a fan.

The shower wasn't working. TV is not connected to any cable. Location. Doesn't have any meal options except breakfast. we didn't mind walking, but it was far from anything, as there were no places to eat nearby, about 20-30min walk to just eat. Maybe they can look at adding this. Bed was hard to sleep on. We only stayed 1 night tho initially I had booked 5, husband said no, he wanted to be comfortable and we checked out the next morning.
