The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The owner was obviously put out that I was alone and only staying just one night, so he didnt switch the water heating on. When I complained the next morning that there was no hot water, he acted surprised and immediately openend the fuse box saying "oh I must have forgotten to switch the fuse on" Yeah right", like totally believable, especially when I read in other comments other "guests" had no hot water either! I was not impressed with the owners attitude, I had to pay cash as he wouldnt accept a credit card, (with its traceability?) the breakfast was no big deal and I would not stay here again. On my way through France and Spain I have stayed at much better places for the same price or even less.
