"Für einen Städtetrip super!"

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man erreicht die Innenstadt fussläufig in wenigen Minuten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht bei 100 %. Und mein Bett war durchgelegen.

Es war ein sehr freundliches Personalzimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, sehr sauber und es lag mitten und der Stadt super. Tiefgaragenplatz war sehr zufrieden. Mit diesem Hotel wär es auch demnächst wieder besuchen.

Von meiner Seite war alles super in dem Hotel. Es war sauber große Tiefgarage und das im Zentrum.

Bin sehr unzufrieden mit manche Besonderheiten, Buchung wurde ungewünscht gemacht (zufällig), ich habe sofort an das reagiert und an Booking.com geschrieben, Antwort war dass ich selber mit First Inn Hotel Zwickau schreiben muss, dass habe ich auch sofort und rechtzeitig gemacht, es war noch am 21.12.25 Antwort von First Inn Hotel Zwickau kam nur 23.12.25 (wollte nur eine Nacht brechen 21-22.12.25). Als alternativ war entweder das Geld Rückerstattet oder übermachten auf dem Rückweg und sie behalten das Geld die abgebucht war. Es gab immer verschiedene Ausreden, Booking hat Rechnung gestellt und First Inn Hotel Zwickau kann nix mehr machen da sie Bookingsbedingungen haben, übernachten auch geht nicht auf dem Rückweg vermutlich keine Lust an solche Problem. So das Geld kann ich auch verdienen!!! Und als alle letzte möchte ich sagen dass ich viele Leute kenne die immer beruflich oder privat unterwegs sind und immer Hotelservice nutzen, denen sage ich sofort über diese Hotel, sie dürfen nie Mals hier! Ich werde wahrscheinlich auch einen Journalisten verwenden, um diese Situation bekannt zu machen, damit die Leute es wissen. Ich habe alles, sorry für das Negative
