-Very friendly staff, really want to please customers -Beautiful location and facilities -Amazing buffet breakfast and lunch -(If choose breakfast included) can change for lunch -On bus limousine line (one of 5 hotels)- saves a lot for taxi -beautiful pool and sizable -quiet, clean

-Food choices- expensive restaurants (can take taxi to grocery store 10 minute away instead) -paying for indoor pool, hours only in evening and some funny rules (have to be in water with 12 year old kid, no eating)

Hatten zunächst ein stark veraltetes Zimmer (modriger Geruch, Flecken, Staub, Schimmel im Bad) erhalten – in dem Zustand für Gäste ungeeignet. Nach einer Nacht erfolgte der (unkomplizierte) Zimmerwechsel auf angemessenen Standard. Anlage teils renovierungsbedürftig, Abendessen mittelmäßig und teuer.

The hotel was fabulous with an amazing beach and pool area and the staff were so friendly and attentive . The breakfast restaurants were extraordinary a real treat to stay the day

You definitely need a car if you want to do anything away from the hotel as there is no public transport or near by facilities . The hotel have a direct line for booking a car which is great .ideally better information regarding the how to exit the car park would have been helpful and reduced the confusion We had to cut our stay short by a day due to a typhoon . In an ideal world the hotel could have had more information regarding this so plans could be made in advance. We found out by the restaurant staff when trying to book a table There were tannoy announcements but not in English - even a notice board with information would have been helpful especially for guests who were due up leave the day the typhoon was forecast . Saying all that the staff were extremely helpful once we had made our decision - thank you
