Eriko's House

the hotel was located right beside the beach.

The property was a few meters from the beach. Our room was at the ground floor. There were seats for guests by the front desk, where you could eat, wait for others, or just chill.

1. They did not allow early check in even for early flights. You just leave your bags at the front desk. 2. It was a bit far from the street where you get a ride to the port and that path was a mix of bumpy paved and rocky unpaved portions. Hard on suitcase with wheels. 3. Also there were no hooks or rod in the bathroom to hang your towel, much less your wet clothes.

Did not stay at Eriko’s house! it was too noisy, under major construction! it was unsafe & uncomfortable there.

Receptionist rude & poor communication with them

Place is quite close to the beach (one straight path,around 2min walk). Staff are amazing and offered assistance with the baggage. They also have a mini store beside the reception so it's easy to buy food and other essentials. The showers had heaters so you can adjust based on preference. Overall,the price is very reasonable considering the place is very close to the beach, mall,restaurants, etc.

Room facilities need upgrading. We were not able to watch TV much since the outlet seems broken. For the CR,they don't have layered containers/racks where you can put soap, shampoo,tbrush etc. We also did not have wall hooks or brackets where we can hang our clothes while taking a bath or at least hang them to dry. The aircon is a bit noisy as well and the other room's temp was not consistent (we just didn't mind much bec we're tired when we come back and go straight to sleep). The beddings & mattresses used were also not too soft,but,I understand this as the place is quite affordable. Last but not the least,the wifi was good at the lobby but too bad inside our rooms.
