As instalações são excelentes, tudo bem novinho, café da manhã ótimo.

Os recepcionistas são educados, mas não muito dispostos a ajudar, chegamos com um monte de malas e o recepcionista não se prontificou em ajudar

O hotel me surpreendeu Todos os itens como recepção: Camas confortáveis, tamanho do apartamento, limpeza, café da manhã, localização, foram excelentes. Super recomendo. Gostei tanto que já fiz nova reserva para o mês de maio/26. Todos que fazem o hotel estão de parabéns.
