The staff members were so friendly, yet very professional. The two Lads on duty were welcoming and attentive. So prompt and committed. Also, the location is a great advantage for sightseeing, public transport, etc. I didn't give full credit because there's always room for improvement.

Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal

Keine Badezimmertür bzw. nur eine Schiebetür, die entweder die Toilette oder Dusche abdeckt Kein Mülleimer weder im Zimmer, noch im Bad, kaum Platz um ums Bett rumzulaufen so klein war das Zimmer , kaum bis keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad.

Das Frühstück war ok. CheckIn und Service waren gut. Die Möglichkeit einen Platz in der Tiefgarage nachträglich zu buchen finde ich sehr gut.

Die Belüftung im Bades funktionierte nicht. Es gab keine Möglichkeit im Bad die kleinen Handtücher in Reichweite des Waschbeckens aufzuhängen (fehlende Haken o.ä.).

There was only hot water in the tap, reception is not reachable by phone, had to go down in pjs to ask they turn water on, when I started the shower water was off again! Very annoying, specially it made me late for my business meeting I travelled for on the first place
