El trato del personal fue muy bueno y amable, la habitación era grande y ofrecían agua y café de cortesía en la habitación, además del desayuno que fue muy completo en la habitación. Excelente relación calidad/precio.

La limpieza del hotel destaca apenas uno entra. Eso es indiscutible. La cama y la ropa de cama son cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. La ubicación funciona bastante bien para estar cerca del hospital Valle del Lili, y está a pocos minutos en carro de ciudad jardín, que está precioso. El desayuno es bastante curioso, pues llega a la habitación previo pedido por teléfono, no está mal, pero falta variedad. Muy conveniente que justo abajo queda una droguería y mini Market muy completo, y el restaurante Ventolini, que está muy bien.

No me parece que sea un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Como hotel de cuatro estrellas tiene muchas cosas que mejorar: la calidad de las toallas, por ejemplo, los complementos de baño que no tiene, más allá de un jabón en sachet no muy bueno. Como otros lo han comentado, el desayuno puede mejorar. En cambio, si fuera calificado como un hotel de tres estrellas, estaría estupendo.
