"Roaches and lizards-AC is very loud"

My room has roaches and small lizards. The AC was very loud and they changed me the room but ended with the same issue.

My stay was for 5 nights initially and after the roaches and lizards, I have requested the cancellation of the remaining nights. They over charged me for 2 nights with no discount for the inconvenience and the full fee from Booking. Terrible experience!

Rooms are bigger than expected with plenty of space, the bed is big and comfortable. Our rooms had kitchens with microwave and mini fridge. All rooms had air conditioning. The hotel is well located and easy to access. There are some restaurants nearby which make it perfect if you want to have food at night. There is private parking.

The only thing was that in one of the rooms the air conditioning unit was too noisy, but nothing that a quick maintenance wouldn't fix.

Breakfast ok. Location ok. Did not like that they took/threw away some of my personal things and didn’t respond for their actions, i left my things in the closet left and when i came back my stuff wasn’t there, they cleaned the room and took my stuff, complained in reception, they didn’t do anything.

They took/stole my personal belongings Complained in reception since they had cleaned the room and they just said no and no.
