"I'd stay if they fixed up to hotel standards. The hospitality in name has been tarnished"

Bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean .nice view

Clean up the places you rent out. Some electrical not working. Cobwebs. Very bad in need of teardown or renovation. I'd say about 90% rooms not available. Due to fire in a unit. Very sad to see on a property with this much potential.

Cheap, and easy access from parking lot.

The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed for some time, but the room was comfortable enough for my needs. I had pretty low expectations after reading previous reviews, and it was more or less as expected. Fine for a night.

"Good value if you’re not fussy."

Great location and views. Best price in the city, if you’re on a budget and not fussy, this is the place. Comfy bed, bathroom and hot water. Coffee maker

Partially closed and boarded up. In disrepair. Looks like they are closing to demolish or at least renovate. Not the cleanest is putting it mildly

Office staff was nice

Very run down, Office staff was nice, checked in and OMG! Absolutely terrifying! Very old and falling apart! Very dirty! Looked like it had not been cleaned EVER!

The king size bed nice and comfy and roomy. Good size TV. Lots of lamps parking right outside. Very good value for the price if you want Hilton pay thier prices for the exact same things

The door key was a little tricky to open but wr only stayed one night. The fridge is a little noisy but once I'm asleep it doesn't matter

"When I first saw this place online it looked really nice until you get there."

That I had a bed for the night.

Mouse shit in tv stand drawers 4 inches of ice in mini fridge. Tv base was broken causing tv to lean forward. Dirt in the tiles in the shower. Sink faucet wasn't attached to sink. Bathroom light cover was filthy. Had to go outside to get a wifi signal. Old washer and dryer and other debris stored outside up against the building. Wallpaper was old and bubbling away from the wall by the ceiling. Shower head was at chest height. Cable plate wasn't attached to the wall. Tape job around AC looked tacky.
