The room was very nice, comfortable, and very clean, situated in a beautiful and very quiet village. The two Sri Lankan reception staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Liza, the hotel in-charge, who was always attentive, supportive, and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel is also a perfect choice for people looking for relaxation and tranquility.

Areas for Improvement: The water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak. The sofa was not comfortable, which was a negative point in an otherwise very nicely decorated room. Breakfast was of good quality, but it was the same for all three days of my stay and kept in the fridge from the previous day. It would be much better if breakfast were varied and served fresh each morning, either in the room or in the hotel’s small-sized restaurant. Complimentary drinking water was only provided on the first day, and on the second day it was given as complimentary upon our request. For the rest of the stay, we had to purchase water from the small coffee shop near the hotel. The hotel should also consider providing a trolley to help guests move baggage to the reception and rooms, as it can be quite difficult if you have large or heavy bags.

Wow! What a special place. Amazing suite with everything you need. Small sleepy village for relaxing. A special little village. We stayed for one night and you need to make the most of it. 🫶🏽 staff were amazing too xx
