Casa Caballero Hotel Boutique

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Caballero Hotel. The location is convenient and easy to find along the road between Armenia and Pereira. It's a short drive from the Pereira airport. The hotel is convenient for trips into Salento, Valle de Cocora and Filandia. The Hotel is clean and the garden and grounds are beautiful. It's an excellent location for weddings and special events. The hotel is spacious and has large patios. The pool and jacuzzi looked great. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Jimena was especially helpful. The meals were delicious and dining room has great views of the garden and grounds.

Historical building located in the countryside of Salento. The property is spacious and welcomes its guests with not only beautiful views but also horses, dogs, and other animals. Rooms are simple and comfortable; perfect for a couple nights. Run by Oscar and his mother who are wonderful in all the best ways; they will help arrange further accommodations and transport. They make sure you are more than comfortable and are very kind.

Nothing, everything was great.

The property was beautiful. The breakfast was good. The horses on site were fun for my kids.

The hotel was not very clean. We had to clean up dead bugs in the main area. Our room was also not very clean. There was a glob of hair in our shower that I asked them to clean, but never got cleaned. We had zero hot water to shower the entire week we were there. The owner kept coming up with excuses saying it will be on the next day, which it never was. The WiFi was awful. The property has a lot of potential, but they need better management. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Michael the receptionist who looked after us as if we were family. It’s an amazing property in the most fabulous countryside with perfectly kept facilities. and a pet pig called Tonsiletta
