In case the guest ask for a refund for any prepaid reservation and the hotel accept refund the money. Have in mind that there will be a 6% of administrative expenses that will not be refund. "Agradable lugar de descanso en Lima"

La atención del personal del hotel fue impecable. Todos muy amables y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que surgiera. Atentos y conectados con los pasajeros. El desayuno muy variado y rico, alimentos bien preparados y presentados y, de nuevo, el personal del comedor, muy amables y atentos.

Detalles: mejorar cortinas de la habitación. La última noche la habitación de arriba hizo ruido (risas, zapateos), llamamos a recepción tres veces, pero continuaban. Las tres veces la recepción contestó con amabilidad y tratando de solucionar el problema, hasta que lo lograron. Y al día siguiente se disculparon por los inconvenientes (que no fueron ocasionados por el hotel) y nos compensaron.

La atención del personal, especialmente Ximena que procuró resolver los problemas buscando más silenciosas

En las habitaciones (estuve en 4) se sentía muy fuerte el ruido, en algunas proveniente del interior (equipos exteriores de aire acondicionado sin mantenimiento, muy ruidosos) y en otras del exterior (ventanas no aislaban el ruido)
