The people are so mean in the front ofice And the people in the pool area Someone close the door manually Anda I can’t go inside the ofice No one is in the office at 11:00 pm I was driving late

"Disaster!"

The location

When my wife and I first arrived we had to be moved to another room because our room was damp and smelly from Hvac system. There was no notification that I had to request my room cleaned. After discovering this from the staff I requested to have my room cleaned and they still didn't provide the service. So we had to stay in a room for 3 days with dirty tiles and an unmade bed! I was attracted to this place because it displayed from the pictures to appear to very nice place. I chose this place to celebrate my 47th wedding anniversary. I was totally disappointed!

"We had a great time with our grandkids!"

We took our grandkids to enjoy the water park, mini golf and the two story arcade. There was so much to do.
