Room could of been cleaner hair in the bathroom

There was little that wasn’t wrong with this hotel. It’s close to the worst I ever stayed in. At least there were no bed bugs and there was breakfast. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, the AC was broken and the door didn’t self close. The smell of the room was so bad it was hard to tolerate but tolerate we did because we were exhausted and it was one night and we arrived very late. Would not recommend or stay here again. Would try the comfort inn next door first.

Very cramped space for the price. Amount of pet fee should have been disclosed and included in price when booking.

Wonderful greeting from staff! Very dog friendly. Staff very helpful and clean rooms! Food delivery available from nearby restaurants. Nice assortment for breakfast in hotel. Our favorite hotel out of all our travels in the US. We always stay here on our way down and back from the Sunshine State.

Don't like carpet on room floors, not hygienic. At prices charged per night should be upgraded to wood or vinyl.

I checked in on my phone and picked a room. Went into hotel and asked for physical room key for the husband. We then went to our room and threw our luggage down. After driving 8 hours to the hotel both of us needed to use the restroom. I walked into the bathroom and the toilet seat was up and the toilet had been USED and NOT flushed. Not a little used. ALOT used. I don’t know how else to say it. Stuffed with crap and TP. I immediately walked out of the bathroom and told my husband to grab our things and we were not staying in this room. We hadn’t even sat down anywhere in this room yet. That’s how fast this happened. We went downstairs to talk to desk and get a different room. I explained to the lady what the issue was and she said “well we have maintenance here so I will let them know”. While I was getting new keys for the new room my husband used the bathroom in the lobby. He returned and I asked him to wait at the desk for the keys as I still had not used the bathroom. I went to the ladies room in the lobby. There was no toilet paper. Luckily there were tissues nearby. Then went to wash my hands and no paper towels! I again had to use tissues to dry my hands. Not an easy task. I told the desk about the lobby situation and she said” yeah, been there! You use whatever you need to” It just seemed like it all was no big deal for them
