A little shabby from the outside a couple of cockroaches a missing smoke detector I guess about average for a two star hotel, I didn't dig deeply out Expedia to see how many stars

JC was very welcoming. She checked us in timely, gave us a map of our room, pool, and other areas of the motel. Room was clean, bed was comfy, overall, I was happy with our stay and we will definitely come back here. Breakfast was simple but good! This is near downtown Rockport which is convenient.

Jackie was maybe the best customer service person I have ever seen…she does not know the word no. A few issues, none her fault, she sorted everything. Great stay, cheap price!
