Fantastic place to stay with amazing views and away from all the crowds but close to all the restaurants and shops. There are lots of steps but our luggage was carried both ways for us. Stavia was lovely and extremely helpful

great location and view

Premium location and views. Stayed in the Emerald Suite and the views were impeccable! I will disregard the amount of stairs you have to climb to get to this property, but my main complaint is the hot water shower. The hot water shuts off after 10 minutes in the shower. Not fun at all. Stavi was out guest service person and was very respectful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in OIA, thanks to the amazing hospitality of Stavi. From the moment we arrived, she made everything so easy—meeting us at the bus stop, helping with our luggage, and even allowing us to check in early. Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond by recommending great local spots to visit and cozy coffee shops to try. On our last day, she kindly arranged a taxi for our early morning flight. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Santorini!

We had an early flight the next morning, and the taxi was quite expensive. If possible, try to book an afternoon flight out of Santorini so you can take the bus instead and save on transport costs.

It was good

I really had no idea the amount of stairs that we would have to go down and up. I was with my 78 year old mother and when we finally got to the room she said I am. It leaving u til we leave. I had to book another hotel. There are no hand railings. All concrete. Really quite dangerous.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the room is beautiful. Staff checked on us every day and helped us to book private cars and cruise tour. The hot tub in the room did give us some allergy, it helped after leaving door and window open in the night . We discovered the stained mattress on our last day of stay which really made us feel uncomfortable. They could have done something at least.

Its spectacular location overlooking the ocean in the middle of Santorini.
