Absolute lovely experience. Great amenities - my teen boys especially loved the pool table. Super friendly staff. Loved everything about our stay.

BEWARE OF ROOSTERS If you plan to rest and sleep in on your vacation, this place is NOT for you. The location to Albee Beach and Lake Wentworth is great but unfortunately, there are roosters and chickens on the property, just steps away from the rooms. Waking up at 4:57am, 5:10am and 5:25am to a rooster is NOT how I want to spend my $ and vacation time. I wish I knew about it before booking. Really stressful and made it difficult to fall asleep knowing there would be a bird waking me up. Terri at the front desk was sweet and sympathetic about it but it doesn't change the fact that roosters are at a place of rest! We would have left and gone to another hotel but things were booked for Lake Winni day.

Love this place! Love Terry and her entire staff! Love Cocoa! I'm 65 years old and hopin' the owners of the Lake Wentworth Inn turn the place into a retirement community...I'll be first in line to live here year-round! I recommend this place BIGTIME! It couldn't have been better. The staff knows everyone who is staying here and walks around the property greeting folks they see. The rooms have decks looking out onto a spacious private field. The common area in the hotel is really comfortable and has a quiet library, a game table, and a TV room. They even gave me a 10% coupon for a local restaurant. All for a reasonable price!

The Lake Wentworth Inn is convenient to Wolfeboro. (BTW, we also recommend the nearby Saka Japanese Restaurant.) I've been coming to Wolfeboro for over 50 years, and I have nostalgia for the old "Allen A." Albee Beach was a short walk from the room, which was clean, bright, and did not disappoint. Making the experience even better was Terri at the front desk, and Cocoa, her pup. Both are super friendly. Whether you’re a couple, family, or retired, the Inn is a sweet spot for location, comfort, and hospitality.

Staying at Lake Wentworth Inn includes use of Albee Beach, a small lakefront swimming area which is restricted to Wolfboro residents. The lake is clean, quiet and shallow which makes the water temperature perfect for swimming.

Jaw dropping surprise to see the FABULOUS renovation that was done to this Inn! First impression driving in is a cute little road side motel.....NOT!! There are 46 rooms hotel, deluxe,and pet friendly. Our a deluxe had everything needed to cook breakfast or a quick lunch if you choose. Spotlessly clean as we can be fussy at times here, not a speck or crumb of anything!Walk out your back door and enjoy a huge back yard Games crotchet corn hole horseshoes and huge pool! Lake Wentworth Inn is ideal for single couples and for sure family's. 5 minute walk to beach, we hung out at the pool but the beach looked great and very busy. Last but not least a shout out to Terri,Tammy,Vicky and the rest of the wonderful staff we did not meet your all the BEST! One more comment if we may....Sir COCO the tiny lovable doggie Mascot is an Awesome greeter!!! We surely will return as will other guests that have enjoyed your hospitality!
