Ventura Beach House Motel

Location was close to where I needed to be. Price was good.

Heavy deodorant smell and thin walls.

Motels in this price range around Ventura/Oxnard, even Motel 6, have trade offs for the price. Like: the sink tap sprays sideways, the tv clicker doesn't work, etc. But at Ventura Beach Motel you have everything working, full HBOSHOW channels, plenty of hot water. We stayed there for 3 weeks. Always quiet at night. Comfortable beds, responsive management. The best value for your money in Ventura.

Easy check in,was close to down town Ventura... bed's were comfy...

Nice property. Several of the fixtures in the bathroom were coming loose however.

No breakfast. Comfy bed and TV, mini fridge and microwave, coffee maker

Carpet and chair need a good steam cleaning!

The $50 "cash" for the room deposit waa different, but the room was clean and Bonnie was nice.

If you’re looking for a place to stay and don’t want to be bothered but also want a place that’s cheap and clean then this is the place. We stayed here for like 2 weeks and didn’t have any problems. Yes the property isn’t super fancy or anything but the rooms are clean which is something I always need and look for in a place and it wasn’t super expensive either which was a super plus. It was a little noisy at night on the weekends but nothing too crazy I definitely would recommend this place and would stay here again. Def give A for an all around good place to stay. ☆☆☆☆☆
