"The area is beautiful, the people are nice, but the service and amenities were disappointing."

Area is very nice and the sunsets are amazing!

- The beds were not very comfortable - we had a bungalow, but had to spend most of the time in the lobby to access wifi - snacks in the fridge were expired - when ordering food, it took extremely long to get a menu, long to get our drinks, to get food. The whole dining experience was not great - bathrooms (in the room and lobby area) did not have soap. We asked for some and ended up waiting very long and they never refilled them anyway. - the beach has many rocks, we had to walk down the shore to find an area without rocks

El trato de una chica de la recepción, muy despota, adicional indicar que no había jabón de baño en mi habitación, que haya la facilidad de tener alguien me ayude con mi maleta también sería bueno añadir

Personal y limpieza habitaciones. Como en localización. Bonitos espacios de relajación.

Desayunos con poco personal. Música muy alta durante día en la piscina. Falta de productos como pollo, agua embotellada y helados. No han sido previsores en temporada y discontinuidades.

La cercanía a la playa y la amabilidad del personal. Excelente para ir en familia y escapar del bullicio de la ciudad

La habitación familiar no tenía tv sin embargo las matrimoniales si. La ducha no estaba en tan buen estado. Por lo demás todo ok

Naturaleza, paz emocional y gente muy muy maja que hacen de tu estancia sea totalmente maravillosa
