部屋の広さや清潔感はとても評価できます！ ベッドも快適でした。 食事は口コミで確認していたので多少は覚悟していたので、こんなものかな…という感じで許容範囲ですが、やはり食べたいものがなく、追加されないバイキングは残念です。

館内はとても清潔でしたが、大型ボイラーが設置してある真横の部屋であったため、部屋に入った途端、「何？この音？」と驚いてしまいました。 慌ててフロントに確認したら、ボイラーの音だと言われ、部屋の交換を頼みましたが、満室との事で交換してもらえませんでした。 夕食のバイキングの内容も残念でした。 もう，利用しないと思います。

草津観光のために一泊二食付きで利用させていただきました。湯畑も徒歩10分程度で、温泉街を楽しみながら周辺散策を楽しむことができました。湯畑までの道中が坂道となっているため、人によってはアクセスし難いと感じる人もいるのかなと感じました。お部屋も清潔で隅々まで綺麗に清掃されていてよかったです。食事もバイキング形式でいろんな種類の料理があって楽しめました。

部屋は広くとても良かったがお風呂があまり匂いがして綺麗ではなくて利用しなかった 夕食が到着が遅かったので時間的に食材が少ない感じ 大浴場の温泉がとても良かったです

Everything was okay. However, I had some concerns regarding the cleanliness. The condition of the public onsen was not comfortable for me, and there were molds in the shower areas of the room bathroom, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.
