Room was very warm, breakfast had toast served with no butter gap between bathroom door and wash basin not for the larger person.

The hotel is essentially a pub with rooms on a housing estate. I had a room on the ground floor with the only window looking directly at the beer garden. The language from the beer garden was appalling even with the window closed. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned - I came back for the second night and all that had happened was the towels had been changed. Shower was good but the bathrooms were tired and musty.
GBGBGBGBThe room had a musty smell, damp patches in the top corners of the room, bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Duvet cover had stains. The carpet felt dirty. Taps in the bathroom basin too short, can’t get your hand underneath.
