"Good enough for a night sleep, not worth the price for disrespect"

It was convenient for our traveling as far as being on the highway.

The lady who checked us in was vile, extremely disrespectful to us and to her coworker who was assisting the check in process. She bashed her religion, called her a cunt and told us she would be seeing her in hell.

"Do not stay here."

Bathroom was nice. Frig and microwave a plus.

Breakfast was terrible, cold. No juice, no water, food was cold and tasted terrible. The three of us just threw it away. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was not soundproof at all We could hear footsteps from the floor above.

"Nice surprise, clean and comfortable room!"

Clean, fluffy white towels and plenty of them!! Very clean!

When we pulled up there was an older man sitting at the door.. when you are not familiar with your surroundings and area it can make it uneasy. We pulled around to the back to park we could see inside a messy room with a cat sitting in the window. It made me wonder if our room was going to be clean.

"Won’t be back."

It was quiet.

It was difficult to get to. The property says best western, not Greenstay. So we drove around looking for it. Smelled like weed in the hallways. And the bed was so hard.

"We didn't stay past 1:30am because our room had bedbugs."

Okay hotel, but not a Greenstay!

Booking.com clearly stated we were booking and staying at a Greenstay hotel, IT WAS NOT! Locating an nonexisting hotel is VERY DIFFICULT. GPS put us back on an expressway. After considerable frustration and a half an hour of semi-dangerous driving, we went into the closest open building, A Best Western and they said our reservation was here. An unbelievable mistake on your part. We are reluctant to use booking.com in the future. In the past I have avoided Best Western because of their reputation of rehabing a run down facility and attaching their name… this hotel was VG. We’re looking for booking.com to explain and compensate us for this careless mistake!

Close to the main road .ready access. Great restaurant close.

The waffle maker was not working so I found a staff member and told her. The worker should check the area more often. Clean tables and check to make sure everything is working and not empty. Was not able to use my Best Western card for points.
