Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai

Hotwl staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the shuffle seevice the hotel provided.

The property is closed by many street food and 7 Elevan store so it's convenience. They also have a shuttle drop-off & pickup from night market which is very convenience so you don't have to spend extra money taking taxi.

not too bad staying

Laid back, quiet and remote. Not much window scenery. Bad traffic jam one evening. two active beehives can be seen at Porte Cochere beam. Television channels are not digital yet. Room is tremendous spacious, but the long bath is not deep and long enough for a proper soak

greeting friendly and very helpful. The Front desk is very professional and friendly. they make me feel very important when arrived and stayed.

We stayed here over night as we were catching a flight early in the morning. I thought for an airport hotel it was excellent. Very large room and hotel lobby was very nice with a great bar. Not a great area to walk around but hotel was perfect for our use. Only 10 - 15 minutes to the airport.

Great location, bed is comfortable, size was large, staff excellent ....bathrooms large but very outdated!

I was impressed with attentive staffs especially front desk, but i was disappointed that i found hairs on the bathtub which made me cringe to relax in it. The location is good for the views of “Ping” river and mountain also not really walkable because it’s quite far from attractions. Amenity is sufficient for frequent traveler. I like the property but was disappointed in cleanliness.

Just everything there I needed, very well maintained, friendly staff.
