Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - samo centrum, idealne miejsce na dojście w kilkanaście minut w każdym kierunku miasta. Jest możliwość zaparkowania auta w garażu podziemnym pod hotelem (płatne, ale cena za dobę rozsądna). Menedżer bardzo pomocny, pomógł przy wjeździe do centrum (strefa ograniczonego ruchu), pomógł przy aplikacji i opłatach. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Niewielkie pokoje i jest nieco głośno, ale tak jest w centrum miasta, więc trzeba się z tym liczyć.

Unfortunately a huge disappointment. The accommodation did not match the description at all. There was no coffee machine despite it being listed, the bed was extremely old and completely worn out, hot water in the shower took forever, and the windows were so poorly insulated that you could hear all the street noise even with them closed. Sleeping was only possible with earplugs. The communication was especially terrible. Nobody was reachable regarding the parking situation, neither via Booking nor by phone. There was no callback either. Even during check-in, despite informing them about my arrival time in advance, I had to wait outside the building until someone eventually showed up. I was so unhappy with the overall experience that I even decided to leave one night earlier. Overall, the worst accommodation I have ever booked through Booking. Absolutely not recommended.

Propreté et prix garage excessif, taxe séjour très élevée mais c'est une taxe communale, pas une taxe supplémentaire de Booking

La struttura é molto centrale, nella via principale di Palermo.

La camera non era pulita, il livello di pulizia era veramente basso. Questo é stato il problema principale. La struttura in generale ha urgente bisogno di essere ristrutturata. La doccia non funzionava bene e il bagno si allagava ogni volta. Il letto scricchiolava rumorosamente ad ogni singolo movimento. La stanza era molto buia ed essendo sulla via principale era anche rumoroso.
