Green Bay beach, a 24/7 convenience store, a BestBuy, and a bus stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. There is also another nice beach within 10 minutes of walking distance. The hosts are very friendly, considerate, and helpful. The apartment was appropriately equipped for 2 adults and 2 young children.

Nikolas, the owner was very helpful in comunication before we arrries hived, giving us the right directions. he also helped us to overcome some queries we had. Nikolas & his lovely wife Maria are perfect hosts! We We will definitely come again if we get to Protaras again one day.

Very clean ! Friendly staff ! Apartment has everything whit you need ! Very big thanks to Nicolas, the manager! After we checked out, we left our phone behind, and he found it and brought it back to us. Our whole family is so grateful!

In points.. The location is very good just 5 minutes walk from green bay and 10 minutes from mimosa and the there is a bus station in front of the place if you like to use the bus to move around and a super market within a walking distance. The apartment is very clean spacious the kitchen is well equipped if you need to cook a qiuck meal at home, coffe machine, kittle and sandwich toaster . The real plus point is nikolas, he is an amazing host, responsive, helpful, and even if he is not there personally he is availabel through phone or whatsapo and really deserve a 5 star for his management and hospitality. Bottom line the place is very nice and an excellent value for money and will not hesitate for a second to book there again in my next visit.

The down point for me is that the bed mattress was a little soft for my preference which would not be a problem for other people and it did't actually affect my enjoyment of the place.
