Room and lobby were clean. You could tell that there was many “quick fix” repairs around the room. Lots of trash around the outside ( could have been from the wind) overall not bad but not great either. Probably wouldn’t stay at that location again.

The room was disgusting when I moved in I found all kinds of pills and everything else underneath the beds and trash and nastiness and the shower didn't have very much pressure it was gross the carpet was disgusting someone got killed in there I saw two men beat up some woman in the front or side of the hotel outside and nothing was done the cops were there every day because of drugs and everything else

It was so gross. Outside had trash everywhere. Inside was just as nasty from lobby, elevator to the room. Had to switch rooms, linens were dirty. Didn't use the shower because the bathroom was dingy and gross. It was too cold to sleep in the car or we would have even if we didn't get refunded. All other hotels were booked.

No hot water, no coffee cups, not enough towels had to go to front desk

I don't know why hotels want to play games with your deposit ??? You say there is breakfast but only have coffee..The hotel is a mess,,,trash everywhere...Very loud all night,with drunks,and drug users hanging out being loud and violent... Maybe think about changing things for the good and people would return !!!

The good: it's cheap, free parking, easy access to freeway, downtown and airport. The bad: all common areas smelled strongly of smoke (even though there are signs saying it's a smoke free property), lots of trash both inside and around the parking lot, lots of bugs, and just generally unclean. We switched rooms when we saw a cockroach in our room, and luckily they were able to move us. They also charged us the wrong rate (upon checkout they said they would issue a refund for the difference - but don't know yet). Also, the property and website both say they have complimentary breakfast, which was not the case any of the days we were there. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, so I would not recommend staying here!

This hotel was atrocious. The staff was not helpful at all. The front desk girl came into my room unannounced 10 minutes after checking in. The locks were torn off the doors in the room. We found a bed bug on my clothing right before checkout and took it down to show the front desk guy and he asked me if I wanted it back? Literally asked me if I wanted the piece of trash back containing the bed bug to take back to my room with me. Like what the hell NO! The front desk guy wouldn’t even call his manager to ask about a partial refund. He told me “it’s Sunday he won’t answer” I spent a ton of money coming to Indy for Taylor Swift and this hotel didn’t even have coffee in the morning. I still haven’t heard back from the manager or anything. I’m appalled.

Drug deal going down in parking lot when I arrived. Too many shady people hanging around the side doors. I was asked for a spare cigarette at least 3 times. Single pane glass in windows did nothing to drown out the highway noise.two star or less hotel

The mattress was luxuriously comfortable. Nice staff. NO accs 2bd rm.The sheets were clean but threadbare. The top sheet had salad plate sized brown stains across the top. We viewed these with disbelief and were so tired that we decided not to have staff come in, tear our bed apart, and remake it. The pillows were really old but good enough. We slept just fine. SAFETY: the deadbolt wouldn’t stay locked. C’mon! One bedside lamp had an empty socket! Only one side of the bed had power to the plug-in sites and charging ports. The electric power on the opposite wall was non-existent meaning all attempts by staff to turn on the TV were futile. There also was no remote control for the TV. ACCESSIBILITY: was bare minimum. There was no transfer bench for the tub and no handheld shower available. Towels were provided for one person. The refrigerator blocked wheelchair access to the window side of the bed, the side with all the power. So we had to run the power cord for my friend’s scooter across the top of the mattress and tucked it between the mattress and the headboard in order to plug it in for the night. The same was true to charge her cell phone. The working ice machine was on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. Breakfast is no longer served at this location as of October 1, 2024 and changes to that effect online had not been corrected. Even on the night when Taylor Swift was in town for a concert, the price 4 this hotel room, the lowest we could find, was too high at $110 USD.

It was clean and quiet, just old. One elevator. Kind of a weird smell in lobby. Sign says breakfast in the mornings, there was no breakfast.
