Close to the Plaza
The staff locked the door at night but no body stay at front desk. I almost missed the tour in the early morning. It is also dangerous for the customer. I was trying to register another guest in the hotel, but they did not allow to, so I ask to book another room. They told me that I can not book another room even if they have more rooms available. Overall, the attitude of the staff is super bad. I will not suggest this hotel in Cusco.
