A localização é ótima, com estacionamento próximo. O serviço é correto e gentil, mas um pouco bagunçado.

Extreemly nice Hotel. Very quiet, with a nice green back Yard garden. Nice view and very good location to walk to port wine celars, but also to the city.

We are very disappointed with our overall stay at this hotel. We paid extra for a Superior Room expecting a noticeable upgrade, but there was virtually no difference compared to the Standard Rooms booked by our family members. It certainly did not justify the additional cost. The room itself was below expectations. The pillows were uncomfortable, and housekeeping standards were poor. The room was not cleaned properly, with dust visible in several areas, and overall it did not feel well maintained. Basic amenities that we would expect in a Superior Room, such as a kettle and an iron, were not provided. In addition, only one and a half rolls of toilet paper were supplied for two adults and one child, which was clearly insufficient. That being said, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we feel that the hotel did not provide good value for money, and unfortunately our experience did not live up to the standards we expected. Sadly, we would not choose to stay here again.

O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Por trás da fachada discreta, é bonito na parte interna. Fica numa rua perpendicular, bem próximo à orla do Rio Douro e da ponte D. Luís. Fomos jantar à noite na orla e a vista do Porto iluminada estava linda. O quarto e o banheiro são grandes. A cama era muito confortável e os lençóis e toalhas de ótima qualidade. O café da manhã foi bom, bem honesto, valeu as 15 libras que custou. Me hospedaria novamente sem dúvida
