There were bugs flying around the room. We were willing to overlook the bugs because we didn’t have many options out in Davenport. Wish we took pictures of it. We were in town for a wedding. The wedding didn’t start until 3pm so we paid an additional fee for late checkout. The clerk at the front desk told us we could check out at 12pm. At 11:30pm he knocked on the door and told us to “hurry up and get out”.

Check in the price and the room itself were fine.

They may have changed policies and I could not get a later checkout to sleep a bit. Accidentally over slept and front desk was very upset. It was ten minutes after I was getting packed and he told me to hurry up very rude. Housekeeping was not busy should not have had a checkout like that.

"On the lower end of a basic hotel and bugs"

We found 6 stink/box elder bugs around our room including 1 on our bed, 1 on our bag, and the rest around the walls. Pre check in didn’t make the check in any quicker but seemed like a basic hotel otherwise for a quick stay

We checked into our room, the front desk person gave us our keys to “our” room. We get on the elevator and it was gross. We get up to our room and go to unlock the door and the lock in the inside of the door was locked! IT WAS SOMEONES ROOM! I had to apologize to the lady multiple times saying I’m sorry they gave us this room number and key. I went back down to the front desk and told him “you put me in a room that someone is actively staying in I want a refund and I’m going else where” he didn’t even try and make it right OR apologize even. Do not stay here unless your desperate.
